Liaoning Jihua 3523 Special Equipment Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "3523 Company") is an enterprise with many years of R & D and production of military support equipment and emergency service equipment. It was established in 1938 and belongs to Xinxing Jihua Group, a central enterprise under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The company has a registered capital of 0.58 billion yuan and is located at the special vehicle production base in Tieling County, Tieling City. The main products include military equipment, emergency rescue equipment, public health equipment and public health equipment.
In the development of the enterprise, it has always taken "protecting the army, emergency response and serving the people" as its mission. In the course of decades of serving the army and safeguarding national defense, a large number of equipment and supplies have been equipped to various services. Among them, bulletproof helmets were developed and produced by the enterprise in China in the 1960 s. More than 100 vehicles such as food refrigeration and heat preservation vehicles, camp cooking vehicles, staple food processing cubicles and water purification vehicles have been independently developed and assembled. Since the outbreak of the global epidemic in 2020, 3523 companies have responded positively to the call, responded quickly and urgently switched to public health equipment, and developed a series of products such as CT vehicles, nucleic acid testing vehicles, transit ambulances, negative pressure ambulances, cold chain transport vehicles, medical examination vehicles and folding cubicles, contributing to the fight against the epidemic. It was listed as the first batch of key protection enterprises for the prevention and control of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, as the first batch of key protection enterprises for the prevention and control of the epidemic by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and as the outstanding contribution unit for the prevention and control of the epidemic in 2020 by the Tieling Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology in February 2021.
