Tieling Base conducts quality management system knowledge training for external collaboration control

To thoroughly implement the specific requirements of the Group's "Year of Quality and Efficiency Improvement," on March 9, the Tieling base, taking the improvement of external collaboration control as a starting point, specially invited a quality management system consultant to conduct quality management system knowledge training on external collaboration-related business departments of the base.
This business training was given by Ms. Jiang Xiulian, an external quality management system consultant, focusing on the control of links in the external collaboration process of the quality management system, involving functions such as sales, production, external collaboration, technology, and quality. Sales personnel learned how to better obtain customer needs; technical and external collaboration personnel learned about the importance and detailed input requirements of signing external collaboration contracts and technical agreements; and technical and quality management personnel gained a full understanding of the establishment of external collaboration plan review and acceptance criteria.
Ms. Jiang Xiulian then explained and answered questions about various types of review knowledge, including contract review, design input review, plan review, product quality review, and external collaboration process review.
Through this training, management personnel related to the external collaboration process further enhanced their understanding of external collaboration functional control, clarified the context of the external collaboration control process, and promoted a service awareness of mutual cooperation, laying the foundation for better product external collaboration control in the future.
