Liaoning Jihua 3523 Company's reusable field rations equipment box project.

Quantity: Approximately 2500 sets (Specific quantity will prevail)

II. Technical Requirements: Produce according to military technical and quality requirements. (Detailed technical and quality requirements see Attachment 1)

III. Bidding Method: Open bidding, based on military technical requirements and quality standards, the lowest bid will be adopted.

IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements

1. Bidders should have good credit;

2. Bidders must be professional manufacturing enterprises, and have relevant production and operation qualification certificates;

3. Have corresponding production capacity, quality assurance capacity and risk resistance capacity;

4. This bidding does not accept joint bidding from two or more suppliers.

V. Qualification Review

Suppliers must pass the qualification review of Liaoning Jihua 3523 Company before bidding; those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to participate in the bidding.

VI. Registration Methods and Requirements

Applications will not be accepted at other times.

Bid documents submitted late or not submitted to the designated location will not be accepted by the bidder.

2. Required Registration Materials: (two copies)

(1) Registration form filled in according to the attachment requirements (Attachment 2);

(2) Supplier's valid business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (including national and local taxes), production license, legal representative's ID card,ISO9000quality management system certificationcertificate, product qualification certificate,product test report (requires a test report from the General Logistics Department Military Transportation Research Institute of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, this qualification can be provided after the bidder wins the bid and before signing the contract),all the above materials are copies with the company seal; legalrepresentative's certificate or power of attorney (original).

(3) Company scale (take photos of the company's factory buildings, main large-scale equipment, etc., at least 5 photos are required)

(3) Documents that can prove the supplier's good credit, ability to undertake this bidding project, corresponding production capacity, necessary information communication capacity, and quality assurance capacity. Note: If you have a military industry security clearance certificate, please provide it.

Attachment 1:

I. Main Technical Requirements for Reusable Ration Equipment Boxes (Other detailed requirements will be inspected on site by the Quality Management Department and specific quality requirements will be explained)

1. Material and Specifications

1.1 Material Reusable ration equipment boxes are made of composite polyethylene using a rotomolding process.

1.2 Dimensions

1.3 Appearance

a) The outer surface color is uniform and consistent, without color difference.

b) The inner and outer surfaces of the box are required to be smooth, without burrs, pits, etc.

c) Metal fasteners are free from corrosion, metal fasteners are firmly installed, beautiful, and closely fitted without gaps.

d) The lid switch is flexible and easy to operate, without any jamming phenomenon. The box body, lid, and sealing strips should be installed tightly and seamlessly, without any gaps.

(1) The surface of the metal accessories is polished, and the edges and corners should be chamfered and free of burrs.

(2) Buckles or locking devices should be free of deformation and easy to operate.

1.6 Sealing Requirements

After filling the equipment box to 96 kg, a rain test and a submersion test should be conducted to ensure that no water penetrates. The seal must be tight and reliable.

1.7 Interior Decoration

The distance between the upper edge of the box body interior and the upper edge of the sealing strip rib is 25mm. The adhesive should be applied evenly across the entire surface, without any bulging or delamination.
