Quantity: Approximately 2500 sets (the specific quantity will prevail)

II. Technical Requirements: Produce according to military technical and quality requirements. (Detailed technical and quality requirements are shown in Appendix 1)

III. Bidding Method: Open bidding, based on military technical requirements and quality standards, using the lowest bid as the winning method.

IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements

1. Bidders must have good credit;

2. Bidders must be professional manufacturing enterprises and have relevant production and operation qualifications;

3. Have corresponding production capacity, quality assurance capacity, and risk resistance capacity;

4. This bidding does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.

V. Qualification Review

Suppliers must pass the qualification review of Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company before bidding; those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
