IV. Bid Qualification Requirements

1. Bidders must have good credit;

2. Bidders must be professional manufacturing enterprises and have relevant qualifications for production and operation;

3. Have corresponding production capacity, quality assurance capability and risk resistance capability;

4. This tender does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.

V. Qualification Review

Suppliers must pass the qualification review of Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company before bidding; those who fail the qualification review are not entitled to participate in the bidding.

Field Ration Unit Box Standard

I. Requirements (same as unmarked and normal boxes, the difference lies in the different painted text content)

1. The external dimensions of the field rations equipment unit box are:800mm×650mm×395mm，Tolerance is ±3.

2. During transportation and airdrop, the box should not be damaged or cause damage to the equipment inside the box; during sea transport, it should not leak; 

3. The text printed on the box is white, firmly attached to the surface of the box, and should not peel off when scraped with a fingernail; 

4. The box thickness should not be less than5mm； 

5. Under storage environmental temperature conditions, the box should not be deformed.

6. The color of the unit box is army green.

7. Materials and structure

The ration box is made of modified polyethylene using a rotational molding process. It has a hinged lid structure, with the lid and body connected by stainless steel hinges, and secured with self-locking buckles. There are self-resetting metal handles on both sides of the box body, and a sealing strip on the lid for sealing the product.

8. Appearance

a) The outer surface color is uniform and without chromatic aberration.

b) The inner and outer surfaces of the box are smooth and burr-free.

c) Metal fasteners are free of corrosion marks, firmly installed, and precisely matched.

d) The lid opens and closes smoothly without any sticking phenomenon, and the box body and lid are tightly sealed.

9. Weight

The combined ration box set weighs18kg,with a tolerance of ±1kg。

10. Accessories

a) Metal accessories are polished on the outer surface, and the edges and corners should be chamfered and burr-free;

b) Buckles or locking devices should be free of deformation, and should operate smoothly without any sticking phenomenon during use.

11. Interior

The interior surface is covered with6mmthickEVA，and the insidePEfilled. The interior is25mmfrom the box opening. Special Note: For the box body, the distance from the top edge of the interior to the top edge of the sealing strip rib is25mm. Uniform application of adhesive is required across the entire surface, and no bulging or delamination is allowed.

II. Performance Test:

a) Submerge the top of the sample box in water to a depth of850mmor less, for a duration of1h. After the test, check the inside of the box for any water leakage;

b) Place200kgweights inside the empty box, and use a tool to lift the sample off the ground5min. After the test, check the handle and box body for any deformation or damage;

c) Check for smooth surface. There should be no irreparable bonding, scars, discoloration, etc.;

d) Use a steel rule or tape measure with an accuracy of1mmto measure the dimensions of the box body. The length and width dimensions are measured at the top of the box body, and the height dimensions are measured at the four corners of the box body. The error should not be greater than1%； 

e) The lettering on the box body should be white, and should not be rubbed off by scratching with a fingernail;

f) Take the box body to a bright place, observe and measure the area of impurities with a caliper. For each surface of the box body, impurities with a length of500mm2in an area of0.5mm~2.0mmshould not exceed3and should be evenly distributed. The length of the impurities should not exceed,并应分散分布，杂质长度不大于2mm； 

g) Box body drop test: Under normal temperature conditions, apply a uniform load of25kglift20mso that the bottom of the box is parallel to the ground plane, and then let it fall freely. The box body should not shatter;

h) Installation inspection: The latches should be aligned, and the opening should be flexible; the lining should be flat, the structure and interior should conform to the drawing requirements; the lid should open and close freely without any gaps.
