II. Technical Requirements: Produce according to the customer and the offeree's technical and quality requirements. (Detailed technical and quality requirements can be found on the drawings provided by the offeree's production department)
2.1 Product Name: Handheld Bulletproof Shield
2.2 Product Drawing Number: FDP-5-S-00
2.3 Product Quantity: 1800 pieces
2.4 Construction Period Requirements:
800 pieces to be delivered before July 15, 2016, with packaging
1000 pieces to be delivered before August 15, 2016, without packaging
III. Bidding Method: Public bidding, based on customer technical requirements and quality standards, implementing the lowest price bid method.
IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements
1. The bidder has good credit;
2. The bidder may be a metal or mechanical processing enterprise, and has relevant qualifications for production and operation;
3. Possesses corresponding production capacity, quality assurance capacity, and risk resistance capacity;
4. This bidding does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.
V. Qualification Review
Suppliers must pass the qualification review of Liaoning Jihua 3523 Company before bidding. Those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
VI. Registration Methods and Requirements.

Bids submitted late or not submitted to the designated location will not be accepted by the bidder.
2. Required Registration Materials: (Two copies)
(1) Registration form filled out as required in the attachment (Attachment 2);
(2) Valid business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (including national tax and local tax) of the supplier. For enterprises with three certificates merged into one, only the new business license needs to be provided. The ID card of the legal representative, and copies of the above materials stamped with the company seal;Legal representative's certificate or power of attorney (original).
(3) Company size (take photos of the company's factory buildings, major large-scale equipment, etc., at least 3 photos are required)
(3) Documents proving the supplier's good credit, ability to undertake this bidding project, and corresponding production capacity and quality assurance capacity. Please provide them if available; no need to provide them if not. Note: If there is a military industry secrecy qualification certificate, please provide it.
