II. Technical Requirements: According to the technical parameters and functional requirements of the demand side.
1. Contains mains charging, inversion, and UPS functions, and contains battery-less start-up function `nbsp_tag

4. Pure sine wave output, completely isolated input and output design `nbsp_tag

III. Bidding Method: Competitive negotiation quotation, based on the technical requirements and quality standards of the demander, the lowest price bid will be implemented.
IV. Bidding Qualification Requirements
1. The bidding unit has good credit;
2. The bidding unit must be a professional manufacturer of charging inverter integrated machines.
3. This bidding does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.
V. Qualification Review
Suppliers must pass the qualification review of Liaoning Ji Hua3523 Company before bidding. Those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
VI. Registration Methods and Requirements
1. Registration deadline:
November 21, 2016 (8:00—16:00 )
Applications will not be accepted at other times.
The bidding time is tentatively scheduled forNovember 29, 10:30 opening.
Bid documents that are delivered late or not delivered to the designated location will not be accepted by the bidder.
