II. Technical Requirements: According to the technical parameters and required functions of the demander.
Onboard Microwave Oven:

Onboard Water Dispenser:

III. Bidding Method: Open bidding, based on the demander's technical requirements and quality standards, the lowest bid wins.
IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements
1. Bidders must have good credit standing.
2. Bidders must be professional manufacturers or brand sales agents.
3. This tender does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.
V. Qualification Review
Suppliers must pass the qualification review of Liaoning JiHua3523 Company before bidding. Those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to bid.
VI. Registration Methods and Requirements
1. Registration deadline:
November 21, 2016(8:00—16:00 )
Applications will not be accepted at other times.
The bidding time is tentatively scheduled forNovember 24, 10:30 AM opening bids.
Bid documents that are delivered late or not delivered to the designated location will not be accepted by the tenderer.

(2) Supplier’s valid business license, organization code certificate, and tax registration certificate (only business license for three-in-one); legal representative's ID card;ISO9000Quality Management System CertificationCertificate (required for manufacturing enterprises, not required for brand sales agents). Photocopies of the above materials must be stamped with the company seal; legalRepresentative’s certificate or power of attorney (original).
