V. Qualification Review
Suppliers must pass the qualification review of Liaoning Ji Hua3523 Company before bidding. Those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
VI. Registration Methods and Requirements
1. Registration Deadline:
April 21-24, 2017( Deadline isbefore 9:00 am on April 24)
Applications will not be accepted at other times.
The bidding time is tentatively scheduled forApril 27 at 2:00 PM for opening bids. Half an hour before the opening of bids, each bidder should prepare a 49.5*200*200mm sample, and send the sample to the bidding office (Comprehensive Management Department). If there are other special circumstances, the opening time will be notified separately.

Bid documents that arrive late or are not delivered to the designated location will not be accepted by the bidder.
