I. Bidding Content
Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company's bidding for heating and production coal.
II. Technical Requirements: In accordance with national standards, based on the actual needs of 3523 Company's production and heating, and according to the calorific value standard, the requirements are: heating slack coal (4500-5000 kcal), production washed coal: (5800-6000 kcal)kcalkcal).
Heating slack coal: approximately 1200-1300tons
Production washed coal: approximately 2500-3000tons
The final quantity of the winning bidder will be subject to the actual needs of 3523 Company.
III. Bidding Method: Open bidding
Evaluation Method: Based on quality assurance, below 3523Company's bid rejection price,implementing the lowest price bidding method.
IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements
1Bidders must have good credit;
2Bidders must be sales or production companies with relevant business qualifications.
3Joint bids from two or more suppliers are not accepted for this bidding.
V. Qualification Review
Suppliers must pass the registration process before bidding----qualification review process of Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company before bidding; those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
VI. The winning bidder shall supply 50 within 3daystons of coal for test burning. The company's inspection and bidding team will inspect and seal the sample coal and provide feedback on the test burning. If the winning bidder's sample coal does not meet the specifications and requirements, the purchaser has the right to terminate the contract.
VII. Bidding Address and Relevant Requirements

3Registration materials:
(1) Supplier's valid business license, power of attorney, or legal representative's ID card.Registration materials can be scanned and sent to 534032156@qq.comor sent to the company's operation department office.

(2) Bidders shall pay a bid security deposit of 20,000yuan (20,000 RMB) to 3523 Company before the bid opening. After the contract is signed, the deposit will automatically become the contract performance bond, and will be refunded in full within 7 days after the completion of the contract execution. If the bid security deposit is not paid in time, the bidder will not be eligible to bid on the opening day. The bid security deposit of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded in full on the same day with a receipt.
