7On August 26, Ma Lijie, Deputy General Manager of the Group, and his team visited Ji Hua 3521 Company, a contact point, to investigate the "Four Winds" issues, listen to the opinions of cadres and employees, and earnestly implement the Party's Mass Line Education and Practice Activities.
Ma Lijie's team listened to the analysis and solutions presented by Xia Qianjun, Chairman of the company, regarding the company's production, operation, management, and mass line issues. They also held separate discussions with four groups: frontline employee representatives, key personnel in market technology and production, middle-level cadres, and company leaders. They carefully listened to the cadres and employees' feedback on the "Four Winds" issues and their opinions and suggestions on production and operation management.
Ma Lijie pointed out that listening to opinions and identifying problems are essential steps in the in-depth implementation of the Party's Mass Line Education and Practice Activities. He noted that the opinions and suggestions raised were very targeted and valuable for improving work style, strengthening self-construction, and promoting enterprise development. He hoped that Ji Hua 3521 Company would actively participate in the Mass Line Education and Practice Activities in accordance with the Group's requirements, transforming the company's goals and the Group's strategic vision into the goals of every employee. During the investigation, Ma Lijie's team visited the Ji Hua Nanjing New Materials Industrial Park, a key Group project, specifically the PTFE and hydroentanglement import production lines. They learned in detail about the production and operation situation and the overall project progress, and fully affirmed the 50% year-on-year growth in sales revenue in the first half of the year.
