Zhao Weisheng, the head of the second supervision group for the group's mass line education and practice activities, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by He Keran, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of the JiHua Group. At the meeting, Yang Zongbing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the JiHua Group, reported on the various forms used in the first phase to solicit opinions from cadres and employees at all levels of grassroots enterprises, including hearing reports, holding symposiums, conducting individual interviews, and conducting questionnaire surveys.

The meeting was chaired by He Keran, Party secretary and vice chairman of the Ji Hua Group's board of directors.
At the meeting, Yang Zongbing, deputy secretary of the Ji Hua Group's Party committee, explained the "Four Winds" opinions and specific manifestations collected from grassroots enterprises' cadres and employees during the first phase. These opinions were gathered using various methods, including reports, seminars, individual interviews, and questionnaires, regarding the Group's leadership team, leaders, and administrative office. He also presented an overview of the Group's immediate rectification and follow-up improvement direction.
At the meeting, He Keran made four requests to the leadership team members and the activities office regarding the work of identifying problems. First, the leadership team should sincerely address the opinions and suggestions to effectively improve its style of work. Second, the activities office should revise the report based on the opinions from this meeting, making the issues specific, clear, and targeted. The revised report should be resubmitted to the leadership team for review within a week. Third, the leadership team should realistically acknowledge the problems and put the work into practice. Fourth, for the problems identified, those that can be solved should be addressed promptly; those that cannot be immediately resolved require further study. Additionally, He Keran reiterated the key requirements from the deployment training session for the second phase of the Ji Hua Group's education and practice activities.
Zhao Weisheng gave an objective assessment of the Ji Hua Group's meeting, affirming the leadership team's approach of earnestly identifying problems and conducting a collective review. He also made three further requests for future work: First, further enhance ideological understanding, actively and proactively address style issues with high standards and strict requirements. Second, further understand the spirit of central documents and carefully study relevant notices. Third, further solidify the prescribed actions of the activities. Zhao Weisheng emphasized that the main leaders must truly view these activities as a valuable opportunity to thoroughly resolve the "Four Winds" problems, ensuring the activities achieve their intended goals.
