With the golden horse galloping and the jade sheep taking the baton, we look forward to a grand future! On this joyous occasion of the New Year, on behalf of the Board of Directors, the Party Committee, and the management of Jihua Group Co., Ltd., we extend our warmest New Year's greetings and heartfelt gratitude to all cadres, employees, and their families who have worked tirelessly on the various fronts of production and operation, as well as to all shareholders, leaders at all levels, friends from all walks of life, and numerous business partners who have long supported Jihua Group's reform, development, and stability!

Time marches on, and we forge ahead. Looking back at 2014, under the strong leadership of the New Jihua Group, we earnestly implemented the management objectives and requirements of "Two Upholdings, One Strengthening, and One Ensuring," continuously deepened the "Strengthening Secondary and Entering Tertiary" strategic measures, carried out the Party's mass line education and practice activities in a solid manner, standardized the organization of the Group's Party Committee's handover, emancipated our minds, worked together in unity, and operated practically, truly achieving eight "further" improvements. Market space has continuously expanded, profitability has further increased; project construction has proceeded in an orderly manner, laying a further solid foundation for future development; the pace of "going global" has accelerated, international operations have further deepened; science and technology management has been steadily planned, independent innovation capabilities have further improved; risk control has been refined and effective, the internal control system has been further improved; quality improvement and efficiency enhancement work has been implemented in depth, operational efficiency and effectiveness have further improved; social responsibility has been practiced and undertaken, safety production, energy conservation, and emission reduction have been further promoted; and the Party building of the Group has been continuously strengthened, and the political core role of the Party organization has been further highlighted. This year, Jihua Group has passed the crucial year for implementing the "Twelfth Five-Year" development plan and seized the extremely important opportunity for transformation, upgrading, and innovative leapfrog development.

Achievements are built on will, and great undertakings are accomplished through diligence. Looking ahead to 2015, facing the "new normal" of China's economy entering a period of medium-high speed growth, and facing the "final battle" of Jihua Group's all-out sprint towards the goals of the "Twelfth Five-Year" Plan, Jihua people face both opportunities and challenges, and share the same mission and responsibilities.
