On December 1, 2018, Jihua Group held a lean management training class for its headquarters. Sixty people attended the training, including members of Jihua Group's leadership team, middle-level cadres from the headquarters, some leaders from Jihua Guomao and Jihua Liansuo, and relevant business backbones from the headquarters.
This training class invited experts from Tianjin Aiporui Group Co., Ltd. to give special lectures. The training content included the basic concepts of lean production, the application of lean production in practice, and case studies of successful lean management transformations. It also analyzed how enterprises can promote lean management from ten aspects. During the training, 48 trainees were divided into four teams to explore and remember the essence of the “Ten Principles of Lean Management Improvement” through morale demonstrations. In the discussion and summary session at the end of the course, the trainees unanimously expressed that they benefited greatly and would actively and flexibly apply the knowledge learned in the training class to their work in the future.
This training is an important arrangement for Jihua Group to steadily promote the normalization of "lean management" learning and education, and it is also an important measure to improve the lean management capabilities of cadres in Jihua Group's headquarters.
