625thDayOn the afternoon of that day,The group's Party committee quickly convenedGroupa leadership team meeting to convey and study the spirit of the mobilization meeting on the in-depth implementation of the Party's mass line education and practice activities among central enterprises, convened by the Party committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Liu Mingzhong, Chairman and Party Secretary of the Group, conveyed the speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping, Liu Yunshan, and Zhao Leji on the implementation of the mass line education, the speeches of Zhang Yi, Party Secretary of the SASAC, Jiang Jiemin, Director of the SASAC, and Jin Yang, and made preliminary deployments on how to carry out the Group's mass line education and practice activities, with Sha Ming, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, making specific plans for the activity design.  
    The meeting emphasized that, firstly, the mass line education and practice activities should be regarded as"A New Starting Point”. All levels of leadership should attach great importance to this, correct their attitudes, and the leadership team should take the lead in participating in the mass line education and practice activities, enhancing their understanding and strengthening their sense of responsibility and mission in carrying out various tasks of the education and practice activities. The Group's Party committee has, in accordance with the deployment and requirements of the Central Committee and the SASAC Party committee, earnestly carried out various tasks, established a special leading body, with the Chairman and Party Secretary serving as the head of the activity leading group, and clarified that from7month1day10to the end of the month, mass line education and practice activities will be carried out within the Group's leadership team and headquarters, and pilot units will be selected from the four major sectors to explore experience for the second batch of activities among the subordinate enterprise party organizations. Currently, the Group should earnestly convey and study the central documents and a series of important speeches by central leaders such as Xi Jinping, study the essence of the SASAC mobilization meeting, and study the teaching materials on the Party's mass line education and practice, unifying thoughts and actions with the spirit of the Central Committee and the deployment of the SASAC Party committee, and in particular, combining it with the actual situation of reform, development, and team building, basing it on the Group's practice, creating the Group's characteristics, and using the activities to ensure growth, unite people's hearts, and establish a good image. 
    Secondly, the mass line education and practice activities should be regarded as"A New Driving Force”. All levels of leadership should, through the activities, stimulate new motivation and energy to adjust the structure, promote transformation, and promote the scientific development of enterprises. In the activities, all sectors should adhere to the"Three Analyses and Three No-Exceptions”principle, earnestly identify problems existing in business management and team building during the operation of the work in the first half of the year, find gaps, analyze causes, and streamline thinking to improve management, prevent risks, and devote themselves to work with a sense of urgency. We should take the implementation of the Central Committee's"Eight-Point Regulations”as a starting point, combined with the Group's ongoing research and guidance mechanism for the Group's leadership to take charge of sectors and Party building"Five Systems”and adhere to the use of good work style to carry out work, avoiding formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism, and extravagance, highlighting"Six Emphases and Six Oppositions”doing practical things and seeking practical results, in accordance with"Learning, Research, and Implementation”operational mechanism to conduct in-depth investigations and studies, improve coordination and services, and promote the implementation of work. We should establish smooth information channels, maintain good communication with the SASAC leading group and frontline masses, adhere to high standards, strict requirements, practical results, and normalization, so that the achievements of the activities can be accumulated into the Group's culture and converge into a long-term effective mechanism.
