The group's submitted research paper, "Research on the Scientific Issues of the Central Enterprise System and Mechanism Based on the System of State-owned Enterprises with Chinese Characteristics," was included and won2012the annual national organizational work outstanding research achievement award.
2012At the beginning of the year, the Central Organization Department issued13national key research topics on organizational work. Recommended by the CPC Committee of SASAC, the group participated in"Research on the Role of Party Organizations in State-owned Enterprises in the New Era”sub-project research. Mr. Liu Mingzhong, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, served as the head of the research group. Sha Ming, Li Meixia, Xu Jianhua, and other group leaders and Liu Qixian, head of the Party and Mass Work Department, served as members. Taking the group's party organization system as the research object, after nearly a year of extensive investigation and research and refinement, new understandings were gained on issues such as the leading body system, organizational structure, and operating mechanism of the Party in central enterprises. Some new ideas and policy suggestions were put forward, which have certain reference value for strengthening and improving the role of party organizations in state-owned enterprises in the new era. This was fully recognized and highly praised by the review committee headed by the Central Organization Department and composed of relevant ministries and commissions, winning the honor. Among them, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and China North Industries Group Corporation, etc., ranked among the top15places (first class), becoming benchmarks for benchmarking learning in the field of group party building research.
