7On July 15-16, the Group held a 2013-2015 rolling development strategy and planning seminar for the JiHua sector. Liu Mingzhong, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, attended the seminar and used various methods to solicit opinions and suggestions on the work style of the Group's leadership team, leading cadres, and headquarters. He led the implementation of the Mass Line Education Practice activities. Guo Shijin, Vice Chairman of the Group Company; He Keran, Vice General Manager; Meng Fu'li, Chief Accountant; and Gao Yawai, Chief Legal Counsel attended the seminar and provided comments.
JiHua shares, JiHua Investment, and JiHua Guoma, along with the four sectors of clothing, footwear, textiles, and equipment, and the three major companies in Nanjing, Xingtai, and Tianjin, focused on the 2013-2015 rolling development strategy and planning goals. Focusing on identifying problems, analyzing causes, and solving problems, they discussed the key implementation points of the plans for major products, market development, and key projects of various units, and proposed strategic support measures for innovation-driven development, including technological innovation and management innovation.
At the seminar, Liu Mingzhong required the JiHua sector to continue earnestly implementing the "sixteen-character principle" of "emancipating the mind, strengthening secondary industries and advancing into tertiary industries, reform and innovation, and scientific development." All levels of managers must first work hard to emancipate their minds and form "first-class thinking" to match a first-class enterprise group; they should steadily "strengthen secondary industries" in three aspects: improving organizational methods and process models on existing production equipment, supplementing and improving the production of high-value-added products on existing equipment, and engaging in strategic emerging industries. They should "advance into tertiary industries" through three paths: transforming from manufacturing to manufacturing services, manufacturing to modern logistics, and manufacturing to modern service industries. The JiHua sector should also adhere to the principle of "development for employees, development relying on employees," actively promoting reforms in marketing, R&D, procurement, and management at all levels, and using both domestic and international financial platforms to promote innovation in business models, organizational structure, and management. Ultimately, this will achieve rapid, high-quality development and leapfrog development for JiHua.
Liu Mingzhong emphasized that the preparation of rolling plans should avoid the phenomena of being shelved and poorly implemented, as well as the idea of a one-off solution. He required those in charge of the various JiHua sectors to go deep into enterprises, make great efforts to conduct investigations and research, resolutely put an end to formalism and bureaucracy; to practically promote the implementation of strategies at the execution level, actively solve problems, and resolutely avoid the phenomenon of circumventing problems; and to continuously improve strategies, correct directions, and ultimately achieve goals with changes in the situation and business environment. Liu Mingzhong hoped that the preparation of the three-year rolling plan would be combined with the Mass Line Education Practice activities, making it a beneficial process for cadres and employees at all levels of JiHua to learn, grasp, and improve their management and professional skills.
It is understood that this seminar aims to promote the implementation of the Group's "1257831" strategy, combined with the Mass Line Education Practice activities, to supervise and inspect the implementation of the spirit of the first round of review meetings on the "Rolling Development Strategy and Plan for Various Business Sectors of the Group from 2013 to 2015" by various secondary companies, and to further revise and improve the rolling plan.
