According to the competition schedule, since August, various secondary companies, tertiary enterprises, and headquarters departments have closely combined with the actual situation and widely carried out learning, training, and selection examinations. More than 50 tertiary enterprises and more than 1200 employees participated in the selection competition. On September 5, the final of the "New Era Cup" Accounting Professional Skills Competition and the preliminary round of the central enterprise accounting professional skills competition were held in the multi-functional hall of the group headquarters. 29 outstanding contestants selected and recommended from various secondary companies and headquarters departments participated in the final.
Before the competition, the competition organizing committee held a small opening ceremony in a short period of time. Meng Fu-li, the group's chief accountant, attended the opening ceremony and delivered an important speech. He hoped that through the competition, learning would promote the competition, creating a good atmosphere of respecting knowledge, labor, and skills, accelerating the construction of a high-skilled talent team, including the financial workforce; promoting learning through competition, continuously deepening the construction of the "four first-class" employee team, continuously improving the quality and ability of financial personnel, and promoting the construction of the Group's "225" management innovation system. Yan Xingmin, general manager of the Group's Asset and Finance Department, also attended the opening ceremony, remotivated the contestants, and provided supplementary explanations on the competition arrangements and requirements. The opening ceremony was hosted by Xue Zhenyu, deputy director of the Group's Trade Union. Team leaders and contestants from various secondary companies attended the opening ceremony.
