The training invited legal experts to lecture, and the content selected contract aspects that enterprises frequently encounter in production and operation and have relatively concentrated problems, with the title "Discussion on Several Practical Issues of Contract Law". The course started from the conclusion of the contract, and detailed and analyzed the typical problems that need to be paid attention to during the conclusion and performance of the contract, using numerous cases in a simple and easy-to-understand manner, with content that is practical; it also lectured on the issues of dealing with contract litigation, analyzed the handling methods and precautions when disputes arise after the performance of the contract, and put forward several unique insights into the choice of plaintiff and defendant, the use of skills during litigation, and the use of the broader social context in litigation; the content was profound, novel, and unique.
Chen Chunsheng, secretary of the Party Committee of Xinxing Heavy Industry, attended the meeting at the main venue. More than 300 leaders, including party secretaries, general managers, deputy general managers, and chief accountants of some secondary and tertiary companies, and personnel from the legal, trade, finance, and human resources departments of various enterprises, attended the training at the branch venues.
