Yang Bin, Deputy General Manager of the Group; Gao Yaw, General Legal Counsel; and Zhang Dayong, Standing Committee Member of the CPC Shandong Qingdao Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Party Working Committee, and Director of the Administrative Committee of Qingdao West Coast New Area, attended the signing ceremony.
In order to fully utilizedomestic and international resources and markets, and continuously cultivate new economic growth points, based on the principle of mutual benefit and win-win development, XinXing Heavy Industry and its local partners established "XinXing United International Resources Co., Ltd." in Qingdao. This company will invest in and construct projects such as an electronic trading platform mainly for the import and export of bulk commodities, green logistics, and gas operation, making contributions befitting a central enterprise to the development of Qingdao West Coast.
Fan Xinyou, General Manager of XinXing Heavy Industry, and Ning Chunlin, Vice Chairman, signed the Framework Cooperation Agreement and the Project Investment Agreement on behalf of both parties respectively. Chen Chunsheng, Party Secretary of XinXing Heavy Industry; Sun Hengqin, Director of the Administrative Committee of Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone; and representatives of the cooperating parties attended the signing ceremony.
