Mr. Liu Mingzhong, Chairman of the Board of the Group, attended the meeting. Mr. Sha Ming, General Manager of the Group, delivered an important speech at the meeting. Mr. Guo Shijin, Vice Chairman, presided over the meeting. Mr. Meng Fu Li, Chief Accountant, read out the commendation decision. Other Group leaders including He Keran, Yang Bin, Ma Lijie, Zhang Tongbo, Xu Jianhua, and Gao Yawai attended the meeting.

Sha Ming made requirements for the Group's next steps of work from several aspects, including adjusting mindset and state after the holiday, boosting morale and spirit, improving work style and enhancing capabilities.
Sha Ming stressed that all enterprises should quickly return to work and assume their roles, organize production, and implement plans according to the production and operation targets set at the beginning of the year. Sha Ming said that the Group is currently in a critical period of reform and development. All cadres and employees should unify their thoughts, boost morale, seize opportunities, find and solve problems based on the actual situation of the enterprise; improve operational control capabilities and risk response capabilities; continue to promote the "strengthening secondary and advancing tertiary" development strategy and accelerate project construction; promote transformation and upgrading, and create new profit growth points; strengthen team building and improve enterprise management levels.
Sha Ming emphasized that all enterprises should achieve "one part deployment, nine parts implementation," effectively improving execution, cohesion, and innovation, striving for excellence, and achieving better production and operation results in the new year.

All employees of the Group headquarters, the leadership teams of the secondary companies in Beijing, and representatives from the units that achieved a successful start in January attended the meeting on-site. Staff from the secondary company offices and the leadership teams, departments, and workshops of the Group's tertiary enterprises participated in the meeting at their respective video conference venues.
