Kong Lingjian, head of the second roving inspection team, and Niu Zhiqiang, deputy head, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Liu Mingzhong, Chairman of the Board, Secretary of the Party Committee, and head of the Leading Group for the Party's Mass Line Education and Practice Activities of the Group's Party Committee, reported on the activities on behalf of the Group; Sha Ming, General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Executive Deputy Head of the Leading Group for the Activities; Guo Shijin, Vice Chairman of the Board, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee, and Deputy Head of the Leading Group for the Activities; He Keren, Yang Bin, Meng Fuli, Ma Lijie, Zhang Tongbo, Xu Jianhua, Gao Yawai and other group leaders attended the meeting. 
    Liu Mingzhong, on behalf of the Group's Party Committee, reported on the Group's approach to promoting the second batch of education and practice activities, the progress of the second batch of education and practice activities, the recommended contact points for the second roving inspection team, and the implementation of rectification measures for the first batch of education and practice activities. He emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the summary meeting of the first batch and deployment meeting of the second batch of central education and practice activities, as well as the important speech delivered during his inspection and guidance of the Party's Mass Line Education and Practice Activities in Lankao County. Following the specific arrangements and deployments made by Zhang Yi, Director and Secretary of the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, at the summary meeting of the first batch and deployment meeting of the second batch of central enterprise education and practice activities, the overall requirements, practical carriers, key targets, organizational and guiding principles, and characteristics and laws of the second batch of education and practice activities must be accurately grasped. The spirit of Jiao Yulu should be vigorously promoted among all Party members and cadres, adhering to high standards and strict requirements. Gaps should be identified through benchmarking and regulation, problems should be solved through interaction between the top and bottom, confidence should be boosted through overcoming difficulties, laws should be grasped through thinking and analysis, ensuring that all secondary and tertiary companies truly achieve tangible results, promoting the great development of enterprises, and ensuring that employees share the fruits of development.     Kong Lingjian fully affirmed the various work of the Group's reform and development, especially the good results achieved in the first batch of education and practice activities. Regarding the second batch of education and practice activities, Kong Lingjian emphasized: First, it is necessary to earnestly study and implement the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the summary meeting of the first batch and deployment meeting of the second batch of central education and practice activities, fully drawing on the experience of the first batch of education and practice activities, strengthening top-level design, and detailing activity plans to ensure that the theme remains unchanged and the momentum is maintained.
