Guo Shijin also went to Fukan Energy Company to conduct a field inspection of the cast iron construction project, reviewed the construction plan, and put forward specific requirements and suggestions: First, continue to optimize the design and construction plan, reducing construction costs while meeting equipment and process requirements; second, quickly calculate the manufacturing cost, and conduct a detailed calculation of the production cost under various capacity conditions; third, require Fukan Energy and Xin Xing Cast Iron Trading Company to jointly conduct market research on Xinjiang cast iron; fourth, strive for preferential support policies from the local government as much as possible; fifth, put forward specific plans and suggestions on future production organization, reasonable setting of posts, how to improve labor efficiency, and reduce energy consumption costs; sixth, require Fukan Energy to develop a feasible cooperation plan based on the characteristics of the production processes of surrounding cooperative enterprises.
