In accordance with the deployment of the Group's development strategy and the thorough implementation of the core concept of "learning and growth", the Group's three-month financial knowledge training series officially commenced on2014year4month1day. Meng Fu-li, the Group's Chief Accountant, attended the opening ceremony of the first session.
This series of training programs is carried out under the framework of the strategic agreement signed between the Group and Bank of China, with the Group's Asset and Finance Department and the Bank of China Business District Branch specifically responsible for the organizational and coordination work of the training. Experts from the People's Bank of China, the Bank of China's headquarters, and the Bank of China Beijing Branch were invited to give lectures. The topics covered include: Introduction to the business of financial companies, global cash management, and analysis and outlook of the RMB foreign exchange market.
The training series has currently completed three sessions. It is anticipated that one session will be held weekly in the future, systematically guiding trainees through fundamental financial knowledge, practical operational methods, and strategies. This provides strong support for the Group's cultivation of a team of compound talents for the future deployment of its financial sector businesses.
