Recently, the Group Party Committee issued a "Notice on Carrying Out Thematic Study and Discussion Activities on 'Three Stricts, Three Reals', Opposing the Four Winds, and 'Strengthening Two, Advancing Three, Creating First-Class' ", deciding to carry out in-depth, group-wide, concentrated study and discussion activities themed on "Three Stricts, Three Reals", opposing the Four Winds, and "Strengthening Two, Advancing Three, Creating First-Class" . The activity, based on the Central Leading Group for Education Practice Activities' "Notice on Studying and Carrying Forward the Spirit of Jiao Yulu and Practicing the Requirements of 'Three Stricts, Three Reals' in the Education Practice Activities" and the requirements of the SASAC Party Committee, aims to further strengthen the Group's cadre style of work and solidly promote the in-depth development of the second batch of education practice activities.
According to the requirements of the activity's Notice, from4month6month
end, combined with education practice activities, the "Three Stricts, Three Reals", opposing the Four Winds, and "Strengthening Two, Advancing Three, Creating First-Class" themed study and discussion activities will be organized among all Party members and cadres in the Group, focusing on leadership teams at the third level and above. The Group's leadership team and headquarters that participated in the first batch of education practice activities should regard concentrated study and discussion as an important part of the "look back", and the secondary companies and tertiary enterprises participating in the second batch of education practice activities should regard concentrated study and education as a necessary part, carrying it out throughout the education practice activities.2013According to the spirit of the Notice, the content of this themed study and discussion, based on the original learning content stipulated in the mass line, will focus on studying General Secretary Xi Jinping's requirements on "Three Stricts, Three Reals" and his important speech during his research and guidance of education practice activities in Lankao County, Henan Province; studying "Selected Important Statements by Xi Jinping on the Party's Mass Line Education Practice Activities"; studying the Central Leading Group for Education Practice Activities' "Notice on Studying and Carrying Forward the Spirit of Jiao Yulu and Practicing the Requirements of 'Three Stricts, Three Reals' in the Education Practice Activities" and a series of documents issued by the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council; and studying and carrying forward the spirit of Jiao Yulu among all Party members and cadres; studying
the deeds of the "Moving Group Figures" of the year, guiding the vast number of Party members and cadres to fully understand the significance of learning and implementing the requirements of "Three Stricts, Three Reals, Opposing the Four Winds", promoting the integration of the requirements of "Three Stricts, Three Reals, Opposing the Four Winds" into their thinking and actions, and achieving new results in "Three Stricts, Three Reals, Opposing the Four Winds", gathering positive energy for "Strengthening Two, Advancing Three, Creating First-Class", promoting the Group's reform, development, and stability, and advancing the Group's goal of "becoming stronger and better, and world-class".
The Notice requires that various units should closely combine with reality and adopt flexible and practical methods such as individual self-study, collective study by the Party committee leading group, thematic discussions, and expert guidance to carry out concentrated study and education, achieving full coverage of grassroots Party organizations and Party members, and ensuring that learning achievements are translated into practical actions.
The Notice further puts forward four aspects of activity-related requirements, requiring all levels of units to strengthen leadership and implement responsibilities; distinguish situations and provide classified guidance; coordinate overall planning and integration; and improve publicity and create a positive atmosphere.
