On November 7th, the Group held a special meeting to conduct a centralized review of the 2015 plans and budgets for each business segment. Mr. Liu Mingzhong, Chairman and Party Secretary of the Group, attended and delivered an important speech. Mr. Sha Ming, General Manager of the Group, presided over the meeting and provided comments. Group leaders Guo Shijin, He Keran, Yang Bin, Meng Fuli, Ma Lijie, Xu Jianhua, Zhao Ping, and Gao Yawai were also present.
Xin Xing Casting Co., Ltd., Xin Xing Engineering, Ji Hua Co., Ltd., Ji Hua Investment, Xin Xing Heavy Industry, Xin Xing Development, Zhongxinlian, and Yili Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, among other companies across five major business segments, successively gave detailed reports on the organization of budget preparation for their respective segments and companies, the expected completion of the 2014 budget, analysis of the 2015 market environment, and 2015 budget targets and action plans.
After listening to the reports, Mr. Liu Mingzhong delivered an important speech, emphasizing that the 2015 budget preparation should strictly adhere to the relevant principles and requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Group's budget preparation documents. He stressed adhering to the 'three roots' and 'five orientations', and especially combining the business plan model in annual budget preparation. He highlighted the importance of focusing efforts on learning, structural adjustment, innovation enhancement, management improvement, risk control, style reform, and anti-corruption. He also emphasized the need to implement responsibilities, conduct effective supervision, and ensure full coverage of budget preparation and review by each business segment for its member companies. The plans and budgets should be prepared through interactions between various levels.
The meeting was attended by the main persons in charge and chief accountants of each business segment and secondary company, and the heads of each department in the Group headquarters.
