On June 26th, the grand and enthusiastic online opening ceremony of the Group's first Employee Skills Games was held. Various enterprises and units organized their employees to watch the opening ceremony video, and some enterprise employees also watched it by following the Group's public WeChat account.
At the opening ceremony, Comrade Gao Yawen, employee director and chairman of the trade union of the Group Company, announced the opening of the Games; Zhang Yan, director of the Group's trade union office, gave a speech; athlete representatives and referee representatives took the oath; and employees and participating athletes from various enterprises showcased their talents.

The Group's first Employee Skills Games includes a series of competitions, such as crane operators, welders, tooling design, guest services, financial risk control, and property services. After the opening ceremony, the various individual competitions will be launched successively.
