Guo Fujun first informed the attendees of the plan to establish a specialized company or regional company with Ji Hua Liaoning Industrial Park as the main body, in accordance with the Group's "double ten layout"; second, he reported on the adjustment of the company's leadership team's administrative and managerial business divisions and the income and profit targets of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" after the adjustment; third, he conveyed the new requirements put forward by the Group's external directors during their recent inspection of the company: firstly, "Third-rate enterprises sell products, second-rate enterprises sell technology, and first-rate enterprises sell culture", the basic elements of the corporate culture of "serving the military and national defense" have been established, and we must continue to promote national defense culture; secondly, the company must strengthen quality management; thirdly, the company must vigorously carry out technological innovation; fourth, he made a brief deployment for the company's sprint for "double over half": firstly, attach great importance to operating indicators; secondly, ensure the completion of production tasks; thirdly, sales must actively receive orders. Fifth, he urged the company to carry out rectification and discipline activities in the production system around "double over half". At the same time, three teams were set up to promote rectification and discipline activities: working hours adjustment reform, production system competition, and quality improvement. Through rectification and discipline, the company's vast number of cadres should be committed to politics, the overall situation, dedication, performance, unity, and struggle, focusing on the present and cultivating themselves.
During the meeting, Guo Fujun pointed out that the Group highly recognized the company's market direction, product positioning, six major market strategic goals, and strategies such as entity-first strategy, strong market attack strategy, mergers and acquisitions strategy, and resource integration strategy. He once again urged company employees to focus on the present, hone their skills, look to the future, plan for development, and adhere to the "1234" development pattern.
At the meeting, Tong Shengli, general manager of Ji Hua Liaoning Special Equipment, first put forward detailed requirements for the specific implementation of the rectification and discipline work of the production system; second, he made important and specific arrangements for the company's next key tasks, etc. He urged the production system to organize the production of 120 bulletproof vehicles, self-propelled cooking vehicles, 200 police patrol vehicles, 500 sets of catering equipment units, military catering equipment units, checkpoint interception vehicles, foreign aid Western-style dining cars, and water purifiers, to create a summer production boom; third, he urged all employees of the company to strengthen their execution, establish a sense of the overall situation, and consolidate the foundation for assessment.
Gu Bing, secretary of the Party committee of Ji Hua Liaoning Special Equipment, put forward five requirements to the attendees: firstly, unify understanding ideologically, subordinate to the overall situation, and obey the company's decisions; secondly, unify deployment in action, and carry out rectification and discipline work around working hours, production system competition, and quality. Fifthly, in the implementation of "double over half", each functional department should implement it quickly, and all actions should obey commands.
