The average age of the retired veterans is 85, with the oldest being 92 years old. These company veterans, carrying their affection for the company,carrying their hopes for the company, and with their passion undiminished from their days of working there, walked slowly through the industrial park.
The veterans visited the advanced production lines in the factory buildings, the staff dormitories, activity rooms, and the canteen. They were very satisfied with the new factory area's environment and were full of confidence in the company’s development. They expressed that the company’s current production and living conditions are very good and that the leadership team is people-oriented and dedicated to practical work. They believe that in this new environment, the company will surely create unprecedented brilliance.
At the symposium, Tong Shengli gave a detailed introduction to the company’s current production and operation status and future development plans. The veterans felt emotional about the company's development prospects and were moved to tears by the leadership team's long-term care and concern.
