The competition was jointly organized by the Party Committee, Trade Union, and Youth League Committee of 3523 Company. All games were held after work hours. The aim is to promote corporate culture, build a communication platform for employees, enrich employees' spiritual and cultural life, improve employees' awareness of physical fitness, and enhance teamwork and cohesion.
The competition was based on branches, with a total of five teams. Each team had eight participants, with five players on the court and three substitutes. A round-robin tournament was held, with rankings determined by points. A win earned 2 points, a loss earned 1 point, and a forfeit earned 0 points. Teams with more points were ranked higher.
Company General Manager Tong Shengli, Party Secretary Gu Bing, and Deputy General Manager Zhang Zhi watched the entire competition. During halftime, General Manager Tong enthusiastically provided on-site tactical guidance to several teams.
After several matches, the Technical Inspection team, Comprehensive team, and Final Assembly team won the first, second, and third place respectively.
