Jia Luqiao and his party listened to a briefing on the situation of Ji Hua Liaoning Industrial Park; visited the company's production workshops and some products; and the staff dormitories, activity rooms, reading rooms, and canteens in the living area.

During this period, Tong Shengli, general manager of 3523 Company and executive director of 3547 Company, made a report to Jia Luqiao and his party from six aspects: the current situation of the two companies, the completion of indicators in the past two years and from January to July this year, the completion of key tasks in the past two years, the construction of the first phase of the industrial park, the "Twelfth Five-Year" development strategic plan, the "double over half" situation, and the expected completion of key tasks for the whole year. At the same time, he objectively reflected the shortcomings and difficulties faced in the current enterprise development process to the three independent directors.

Xie Zhihua first affirmed the project construction and implementation of Ji Hua Liaoning Industrial Park. He pointed out that this project has achieved such results in less than three years since its construction began, which is almost unimaginable. As an independent director, he is very satisfied with the implementation of the company's major decisions. He has high hopes for the future development of Ji Hua Liaoning Industrial Park. He hopes that the company will seize the technological commanding heights in the production of military equipment, and strive to catch up with or even surpass the leading level of the international and industry.
