10Month8Day, Jihua Liaoning Industrial Park held a "Sprint for the Fourth QuarterMeeting to Ensure the Completion of Annual Targets". The meeting was chaired by Jihua3523Company General Manager,3547Executive Director Tong Shengli, attended by the leadership teams and key department heads of both companies.
At the meeting, Tong Shengli discussed1—9month's production and operation status, and deployed the overall work for the fourth quarter, and put forward requirements for the2014year's budget preparation. He pointed out that,2013in the first three quarters of the year, the company experienced unprecedented challenges. After the relocation, issues relating to qualifications, taxation, and personnel urgently needed to be addressed. If these problems could not be effectively overcome, the company's development would be severely restricted. Through continuous market expansion and competition with rivals, we successfully resolved some of the difficulties. However, we must also clearly recognize that there are still problems such as slow response, weak execution, and unclear processes in basic management work. For the fourth quarter's work, Tong Shengli made four requirements: First, the leadership teams of the two companies should "sink" their work focus to the grassroots level to identify problems, investigate causes, and develop measures. Combine the feedback from the grassroots level to solve problems one by one, accurately identify problems, and ensure thorough rectification. Increase efforts to strengthen basic work; Second, the heads of various departments should report key tasks, outline specific measures to ensure the completion of annual tasks, and assign specific personnel to track and evaluate; Third,2014for the annual budget, each department should carefully prepare it in accordance with the requirements of the Group Company, and relevant departments should closely cooperate. Fourth, the twelve key tasks that are urgently needed must be completed quickly, including market development, new product R&D, logistics management, and safety production.
