The inspection team was led by Guo Youmin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, and chairman of the Trade Union of Heilongjiang Provincial 904 Water Survey Institute, and consisted of relevant responsible persons from seven exploration and survey units under the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Geology and Minerals. Tong Shengli, general manager of JiHUA 3523 Company; Gu Bing, party secretary; Zhang Zhi, executive deputy general manager; and Wang Ran, deputy general manager accompanied the inspection.
During the visit, the inspection team listened to the general manager of the company, Tong Shengli's introduction to the business segments of the XinXing JiHUA Group and JiHUA shares, as well as the development situation of the 3523 company after relocation; they also watched the corporate promotional video. Liu Dapeng, director of the company's technology center and chief engineer, briefly introduced the company's container and various special vehicle products to the inspection team, and gave a detailed explanation of the design concept, technical parameters, functional use, and four major systems of the field camping vehicle.
The inspection team and the company's technicians discussed issues such as the vehicle's internal layout at the production site. They stated that the geological industry is a special industry that requires long-term fieldwork. Due to its high mobility and harsh working environment, the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Geology and Minerals hopes that the 3523 company can tailor-make and develop practical, durable, and fully functional field camping vehicles to improve the production and living conditions of front-line workers.
It is understood that special vehicles are mostly customized for different industries, with high technical content and product added value. Since 2013, the 3523 company has focused on developing the special vehicle market and developing new types of special vehicles. In less than a year, new vehicle models such as new patrol vehicles, multi-functional mobile inspection vehicles, and field camping vehicles have been successfully trial-produced, laying a solid foundation for the company's product structure adjustment and upgrading. Special vehicles will gradually become a new profit growth point for the company.
