Liang Qiang, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and executive deputy director of the Tieling Economic Development Zone Administrative Committee; Han Xiangdong, the deputy director of the Tieling Municipal Committee's Propaganda Department and director of the Civilization Office; heads of various departments of the Tieling Economic Development Zone; and more than 50 enterprise representatives from the Tieling Economic Development Zone and the Liaoning Province Special Vehicle Base, totaling more than 130 people, attended the launching ceremony.
During the ceremony, Tong Shengli, general manager of 3523 Company, made a commitment to integrity enterprise construction on behalf of the enterprises in the Tieling Economic Development Zone.
