The Sixth Appraisal Group, comprised of Pan Dazhong, Vice General Manager of JiHua Shares; Li Yuanpu, Minister of the Comprehensive Affairs Department; and Zhao Xiaogui, Deputy Minister of the Party and Culture Department, attended the meeting and conducted appraisals of the leadership team and reserve cadres.
At the meeting, members of the company's leadership team and reserve cadres gave performance reports, respectively covering five aspects: a review of 2014 work, political study and self-discipline, rectification and implementation of the "re-examination" education practice activities organized by the company, problems encountered in the work, and plans for future work.
After the performance reports, the appraisal group organized a democratic assessment of the reporting personnel by the middle and above management personnel and some employee representatives attending the meeting. After the meeting, the appraisal group held talks with some middle-level managers and key personnel.
