At the meeting, Ni Yanping conveyed and explained in detail the work guidelines in the "Grassroots Trade Union Vitality Construction Project" handbook compiled by the Tie Ling Economic Development Zone General Trade Union, the "3+X" system (three basic systems—grassroots trade union organization system, grassroots enterprise collective bargaining system, grassroots unit democratic management system—and trade union characteristic work—employee recreational culture as the core content); and provided business training and detailed operational guidance to the company's trade union personnel. The group conducted a field investigation of the company's employee recreational activity venues and employee home construction. Ni Yanping fully affirmed the company's remarkable achievements in trade union work, which has become a leading enterprise in the development zone's trade union work. She hoped that in 2015, the company's trade union would follow the "Grassroots Trade Union Vitality Construction Project" handbook, further standardize the system, strengthen the process, and accelerate the implementation of the "3+X" system, contributing to the development and growth of the Tie Ling Economic Development Zone General Trade Union.
During this period, the group listened to a report from the company's general manager, Tong Shengli, on the company's operating conditions and future prospects; and listened to a report from Party Secretary Gu Bing on the company's trade union democratic management, corporate culture construction, publicity work, various cultural and sports activities, and the company's recent "Reading, Improvement, Harmony" themed reading month activities and "Socialist Core Values" themed knowledge competition.
Participants unanimously stated that this training standardized the company's trade union work procedures, clarified the regulations of the "3+X" system, played a crucial role in regulating staff behavior and standardizing work, and laid the foundation for the next trade union handover preparation.
