They listened to Tong Shengli's introduction of the company's production and operation under the "new normal," as well as the product bidding situation; and listened to Party Secretary Gu Bing's report on the work of the Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Commission. Yang Dedong spoke highly of the company's achievements in various aspects of its work and, based on the company's actual operating conditions, suggested that the company should make good use of the national advantages supporting technological innovation, strengthen project research and development, expand the market, develop its military-related products, refine its specialized products, and use its achievements as an opportunity to govern the company according to law, implement "Three Stricts and Three Earnestness," promote the development of Shenyang's old industrial base, and promote the rapid, harmonious and stable development of the enterprise.
