Attendees first observed the "Universal Vehicle Worker" and "3D Drawing" skills competitions held by 3523 Company, expressing admiration for the company's novel labor competition model and affirmation of the contestants' skilled operations. After intense competition, a total of 6 contestants won the top three places in the two skills competitions, and the leaders of Ji Hua Group and the trade union leaders of various enterprises presented awards to the contestants.
