The head of the evaluation team was Tan Yayun, director of the Propaganda Department of the Workers' Committee. Tong Shengli, executive director and Party secretary of 3523 Company, and Wang Ran, deputy general manager, deputy Party secretary, secretary of the Discipline Committee, and chairman of the Trade Union, attended the comprehensive evaluation meeting.
At the meeting, Wang Ran reported to the evaluation team on four aspects: the completion of the company's main economic indicators in 2015; the strict implementation of Party building to promote business operations; the main problems and improvement measures; and the 2016 work plan.
Combining the current economic situation and the company's actual situation, Tong Shengli gave a brief report on the future business direction and measures to cope with the downward economic pressure. He pointed out that 3523 Company has achieved significant development by cultivating long-term flagship products at the strategic level; and by combining "Internet+" to carry out joint ventures and cooperation, increasing e-commerce marketing efforts in terms of business models. In addition, as the Party secretary, Tong Shengli also deployed the Party committee's work for 2016. He pointed out that the company's Party committee work in 2016 will focus on: 1. Solidly doing the basic work, highlighting innovation and characteristics; 2. Using the creation of civilized units as an opportunity to improve the comprehensive quality of employees; 3. Effectively utilizing the platform built by the Workers' Committee to learn from other enterprises within the system.
At the meeting, Tan Yayun commented on the company's achievements in 2015 and provided guidance on future work. She said: "The work of 3523 Company in 2015 was quite solid, especially the "Three Precise and Four Types" team construction and the model worker innovation studio work were very practical, which played a certain promoting role in production and operation, and the effect was very good. In 2016, we must continue to focus on and refine the characteristic work, and at the same time, as a civilized unit in Liaoning Province, we must continue to carry out the creation of civilized units, and implement the dissemination of the socialist core values and the "seven-in-one standard" of civilized unit creation, to ensure that better results are achieved in 2016 and lay a foundation for a good start in the 13th Five-Year Plan."
