At the meeting, Tong Shengli, secretary of the Party Committee and executive director of the company, delivered a report entitled "Adhering to Problem Orientation, Focusing on Work Effectiveness, Giving Full Play to Organizational Advantages, and Promoting Production and Operation." He pointed out that facingthe opportunities and challenges of the "new normal," the company's Party Committee adheres to strict governance of the Party and implements the primary responsibilities of the grassroots Party committees. In accordance with General Secretary Xi Jinping's proposal of "the Four Comprehensives," leading all party members and cadres to earnestly implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and subsequent plenary sessions, studying the Group's party building work "12345" innovative management system, guided by the "Two Studies, One Practice" learning education, adhering to problem orientation, focusing on work effectiveness, giving full play to the role of party branches as fighting bastions and the exemplary role of party members, deeply integrating party building work with production and operation work, and using practical actions to practice the importance of the party member team to the development of the enterprise.

Regarding the company's party building work, Tong Shengli emphasized that while achieving achievements and honors, there are still some shortcomings: First, the understanding of strict governance of the Party is not deep enough. Second, the focus on problems is not comprehensive enough, and the key points are not grasped accurately enough. Third, the quality of intra-party organizational life is not high. Next, the company's Party Committee will continue to focus onthe normalization and institutionalization of the "Two Studies, One Practice" learning education, comprehensively publicizing the "13th Five-Year Plan" and "Superior Two, Strong Three" strategic deployment of the two-level group, combining the company's "1236" development strategy, directing, managing the overall situation, ensuring implementation, giving full play to the role of the Party organization as the leading core and political core, effectively fulfilling the primary responsibilities of the Party Committee and the supervisory responsibilities of the Discipline Inspection Commission, fully implementing the "12345" innovative management system for party building work, and transforming the Party's political advantages into the cohesion and competitiveness of enterprise development. First, we must implement strict governance of the Party and strengthen the deep integration of party building work with production and operation. Second, we must adhere to the normalization and institutionalization of the "Two Studies, One Practice" learning education. Third, we must solidly advance the implementation of the party building "12345" innovation system. Fourth, we must maintain integrity and uphold the bottom line of discipline. Fifth, we must pay attention to the direction of public opinion and strictly guard the propaganda positions. Sixth, we must do a good job in mass organization work to ensure the harmonious and stable development of the company.
