More than 10 comrades, including grassroots Party branch secretaries and Party affairs workers of the company, participated in the training.
The training mainly gave detailed introductions and interpretations of the standardized management and organizational disposal of Party members in grassroots Party organizations, the principles of developing Party members, the conditions for joining the Party, the work flow of developing Party members, and relevant matters needing attention, and answered some questions encountered by grassroots Party branches in the process of promoting their work. This special training is a specific measure for the company's Party committee to promptly implement the requirements of the two-level group Party committee and the provincial and ministerial enterprise work committee to strengthen Party building, which will lay a solid foundation for carrying out relevant work in the second half of the year.
During the period, Wang Ran, deputy secretary of the Party committee, put forward two requirements:First, actively promote advanced ideas and expand the ranks of the Party organization.Secretaries of grassroots Party branches should always understand the ideological dynamics of the personnel in their respective branches. For employees with positive and progressive ideas and excellent work performance, they should be included in branch organizational life meetings and learning and education activities to guide them to demand themselves strictly according to the standards of Party members and to inspire their enthusiasm for joining the Party.Second, adhere to principles and strictly control the Party members'"entrance gate".When grassroots Party branches develop Party members, they should adhere to"developing one when one matures" principle, supervise and urge the training and examination objects to complete their ideological reports on time, strengthen the assessment standards, understand the ideological dynamics and work attitudes of the training and examination objects, establish separate files for the training and examination objects, and promptly report the organization development materials of the branch to the company Party committee. In future work, we should expand the scope of talks between the Party committee and those applying to join the Party, further enhance the understanding of the Party among those applying to join the Party, strengthen their understanding of the basic knowledge of the Party, and correct their motives for joining the Party. Strengthen the accountability system for the development of Party members. If loopholes occur in the work of the Party committee, Party branch, and contact person during the development of Party members, accountability should be investigated.
