A team of five people, including Pan Dazhong, deputy general manager of Jihua Group, attended the meeting as a quality improvement and efficiency improvement supervision and inspection team. The company's management team and above-middle management personnel from various departments attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Li Fangzhou, general manager of the company, conveyed the requirements of Jihua Group's "Notice on Doing a Good Job in2018 Annual Enterprise Budget Preparation" and made requirements on the key work, measures, guarantees, and responsibility division of sub-budgets of various departments. Sun Shulong, chief accountant, made detailed arrangements for the matters needing attention, preparation norms, and specific contents of the sub-budget preparation for various departments in 2018. Tong Shengli, executive director and party secretary, put forward general requirements for budget preparation work, and the Group's supervision team provided guidance and overall evaluation.
Tong Shengli emphasized that all departments of the company must attach great importance to the annual budget preparation work. First, they must follow the Group's nine principles of preparation, grasp the overall requirements of seeking truth from facts, be guided by indicators, focus on profits, and ensure budget numbers with three times the amount; second, the persons in charge must personally lead, department heads must personally participate, and mobilize all employees to participate in the budget work; third, the party building work funds must be included in the budget again to ensure sufficient funds for party building work and give full play to the core role of the Party organization; fourth, clarify the timeline and person in charge of key work guarantee measures, strictly assess the relevant responsible departments, and ensure that indicators are broken down layer by layer and pressure is transmitted layer by layer.
Pan Dazhong pointed out that annual budget preparation has always been a very important task of the Group, and it is also the fundamental work guiding the development plan of enterprises under the Group. Therefore, enterprises must complete this task with high quality. In the process of budget preparation, the results of enterprise reform, the results of innovative research and development, and the results of market breakthroughs should be reflected first.
