At the meeting, Wang Ran, the deputy secretary of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, first conveyed the Group Company's "Notice on Further Implementing the Propaganda and Implementation of the Spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China"Re-learning, Re-improving, and Re-deploying" work, and read out the company's implementation plan. She emphasized that the secretaries of all party branches should quickly convey the spirit of the document, strengthen responsibility implementation, combine the "three meetings and one lesson" learning system, lead party members to learn the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, bring the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China into workshops, teams, posts, and sites, and achieve full coverage of publicity and implementation.

Tong Shengli, secretary of the company's Party Committee and executive director, emphasized that this study of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China"Re-learning, Re-improving, and Re-deploying" work is a general requirement put forward by the group company based on the feedback from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission's inspection team, and is an important political task in the current and future period. Broad party and government cadres should combine work realities and conduct publicity work on the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China from multiple angles and on a wide scale.First, implement responsibility and clarify the division of labor.At the company level, the secretary of the Party Committee and chairman is the first responsible person, and the deputy secretary of the Party Committee is the directly responsible person; within the company, the person in charge of the grassroots party branch is the first responsible person, and the party branch secretary is the directly responsible person. A system of accountability will be implemented where each level is responsible to the level above it. Finally, Tong Shengli led the study of the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, once again in-depth interpretation of the historical achievements in ten aspects over the past five years, two major judgments, a historical mission and"Four Greats", the eight clear points and 14 basic strategies of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, analyzed the 37 new proposals and measures in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and required party and government cadres to work hard on "understanding, mastering, and implementing" the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, deeply understanding the core content of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, combining their own actual work, and integrating production and operation work with Party building work to promote the company's transformation and upgrading and high-quality development.
