Zhao Zhu, chairman of Xinxing Heavy Industry, emphasized in his speech that enterprises should raise their political standing, continue to deeply study and understand the spirit of the group's annual meeting speech, analyze the reasons and find solutions around the "three benefits and four rates"; combine their own practices to find the starting point for reform; use the "small giant" cultivation plan to improve innovation and increase market share, enhancing the industry's influence; effectively accelerate the revitalization of assets and improve efficiency; take the "three reforms" seriously as a long-term task, focusing on prominent issues, establishing a long-term mechanism, and consistently pursuing it to the end; changing the style of work, rectifying discipline, and the leadership team should lead by example, take the lead in implementing various key tasks.
