On June 9th, XinXing Heavy Industry held a video conference for the May economic activity analysis in the 12th-floor meeting room. Senior assistants and above from XinXing Heavy Industry, along with department heads, attended the main conference, while enterprise team members participated in the video sub-venues. Li Jianwei, XinXing Heavy Industry's Deputy Chief Economist, presided over the meeting.
At the meeting, representatives from affiliated enterprises—Wuhan 3611, Beijing Sanxing, XinXing Yishan, XinXing Gas, and Emergency Technology—reported on May's production and operation results, cash flow and profit improvement, key operating indicators for the first half of the year, and measures to ensure the "double-half-year" target. They also analyzed problems and shortcomings. Functional departments analyzed and commented on the completion of various business indicators for the month, pointing out strengths and weaknesses, and conducted performance evaluations based on rankings. Finally, the XinXing Heavy Industry leadership team made arrangements and deployments for future work.
Collaborative Remediation of Shortcomings; Sprint to Double-Half-Year Goal
The meeting pointed out that all enterprises should focus on the key annual tasks and the first half-year double-half-year goal, combining their own realities to make every effort to enter the sprint phase of June. Through the analysis of cash flow and operating profits, it is required to have directional control over the growth of volume, to comprehensively balance and grasp the relationship between volume, cost and profit, to improve the quality of enterprise operations, to do the volume work, and thus to improve the current cash flow. For assisted enterprises, through transitional structural adjustments, the strength of the entire heavy industry group will be used to assist the promotion of transformation. For existing shortcomings, on the one hand, the collaborative platform will be used to transform the results of discussions into practical action plans; on the other hand, through the monthly evaluation plan of the operation management department for collaborative improvement, conscious guidance and improvement will be carried out.
Inspecting and Removing Hidden Dangers; Preventing and Stabilizing Public Opinion
The meeting emphasized that, in conjunction with the work requirements issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Group Company, entering June's Safety Month, all enterprises should attach great importance to this, through inspection and investigation, identifying and eliminating dangerous sources, thoroughly rectifying safety hazards, and resolving safety and environmental protection issues. At the same time, public opinion should be well managed. Strengthen the implementation of the leadership on-duty system, consolidate the main responsibility for supervision, conduct a thorough investigation of hidden dangers, focus on key links, and formulate corresponding emergency plans for some easily occurring and sudden hidden dangers, so that the prevention and control measures can be effectively implemented. We need to maintain good communication with the local government and effectively implement the zero-reporting, daily tracking, and steady-dispatching measures.
