With gentle breezes and sunshine, and flowers blooming everywhere, the weather in Northeast China in May is gradually warming. Entering the factory, there's a scene of fervent production; employees are working busily and in an orderly manner. The buzzing of electric drills, the crisp sounds of rivet guns, the roar of drilling machines, sparks from welding torches hitting stainless steel plates, and the sounds of various power tools interweave to create a "great production work song".
Entering the final assembly workshop assembly process, there is a newly assembled bulkhead. Two employees at the workstation are concentrating on installing the embedded iron according to the process requirements. In the welding process, two master craftsmen are welding the frame; one holds the welding torch, and the other positions the frame to be welded. The two figures, working in tacit coordination, appear particularly radiant under the glow of the welding sparks. In the thermal bonding process, two young employees are carefully polishing the hull skin. To ensure the quality of the hull edge wrapping, two master craftsmen are pondering, occasionally measuring the corners of the hull to ensure that the edge wrapping is seamless with the hull.
Walking into the semi-finished product area, a "veteran" is concentrating on installing the rubber strip. Working to his left is a young backbone member, only 26 years old, installing the sub-frame. At such a young age, he has already received the "Liaoning May 1st Labor Medal." Although seemingly stout, he is a dexterous young man. Despite being the youngest in the team, he possesses the most skills. He not only knows how to operate a CNC lathe, but has also self-taught other trades such as machining, welding, and equipment maintenance, making him a "multifaceted" worker.
In the workshop product placement area, the workshop deputy director is carefully inspecting the products, ensuring that the product qualification rate reaches 100% before inspection. In addition, due to the small number of personnel in the workshop, in order to ensure the production progress, he acts as both the workshop dispatcher and the materials clerk, and his figure can be seen everywhere in the workshop. To ensure the production progress on May 4th and 5th, he had already arranged the production plan on April 30th, and in advance picked up the raw materials from the warehouse for production use.
With the production task pressing, the employees of the final assembly workshop actively responded to the company's call, voluntarily giving up their rest time, sounding the "charge" and launching a production battle! They had just finished a high-intensity production rush of "5+2" and "8+4" workdays. After continuously working day and night for 60 days, they only rested for 3 days before embarking on a new journey!
