Starting from the early morning of November 6th, Liaoning Province suddenly encountered extreme blizzard weather. The rain and snow came quietly, bringing a cold northern wind overnight. As the "Lidong" (the beginning of winter) solar term coincided with the blizzard, to ensure the safe travel of employees, 3523 Company's Party members quickly sprang into action, actively participating in the "Clear the Snow, Party Members First" themed Party Day activity, adding a touch of warmth to the cold weather.
At the start of the cleanup, everyone cooperated and divided the work. Party members with forklift driving qualifications took the lead in operating the forklifts to clear the heavy snow first. The remaining Party members, some with shovels, others with brooms, pushed the loose snow with brooms and shoveled the compacted snow with shovels; pushing step by step, shoveling bit by bit; during the labor, there weren't enough shovels, so everyone scrambled to use them, working enthusiastically and energetically; after more than two hours of hard work, everyone's faces were red with cold, but the residual snow and ice on the factory area, residential area, and parking lot roads were cleaned up, and the snow removal task was successfully completed.
This themed Party Day activity fully demonstrated the spirit of the Party members who are not afraid of dirt, hardship, or fatigue.
