On January 6th, 3523 Company held its 2023 work conference and the third session of its third employee representative congress. The meeting reviewed and summarized the work of 2022, commended advanced individuals, deployed key tasks for 2023, and inspired intrinsic motivation to promote in-depth reform and transformation of the Tieling base. At the meeting, the company's deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager, Zha Zhi, conveyed the spirit of the 2023 work conference of the two-level group. He requested that all cadres and employees earnestly study and deeply understand, and fully implement the work requirements of Xinxing Jihua Group's "Year of Quality and Efficiency Improvement" and the Emergency Industry Company's "15256" task indicators, eight "consolidations," one "strengthening," deepen the "Three Myself" activities, and solidly advance the various tasks and goals of the Tieling base.

Tieling base head Rao Jun delivered a report to the congress entitled "Returning to Manufacturing Returning to Products Returning to Production Lines for Unceasing Efforts to Achieve High-Quality and Efficient Improvement of the Base." The report reviewed the achievements of the Tieling base in the past year from aspects such as production organization, cost control, quality system, compliance management, market development, product research and development, safety and environmental protection, and party building leadership. It also pointed out the current problems and shortcomings, and made specific deployments for the next key tasks in terms of improving production capacity, technological capacity, manufacturing capacity, cost reduction capacity, collection capacity, personnel capacity, and guarantee capacity. Tong Shengli, secretary of the Party Committee and executive director of the company, gave a speech entitled "Recognizing the New Situation Focusing on New Tasks Showcasing New Responsibilities Making Every Effort to Promote the Company's Quality and Efficiency Improvement." He reviewedthe highlights of the 2022 work, summarized the problems existing in the 2022 work from five aspects: market development, technical support, cost control, quality improvement, and response speed, and deployed the company's key work tasks for 2023.
