On June 1st, Feng Gang, chief engineer of the Emergency Industry Company, gave a special party lecture on studying and implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to the 3523 Company. A total of 50 party members and activists from the 3523 Company attended the meeting. Tong Shengli, Party Secretary and Executive Director of the company, presided over the meeting.
Combining the requirements of the thematic education and the actual situation of the reform and development of the emergency industry, Feng Gang delivered a special party lecture entitled "Learning Ideology, Strengthening Party Spirit, Strengthening the Theoretical Armament of Party Cadres, Emphasizing Practice, Building New Achievements, and Striving to Be "Pragmatists" on the Road of Reform." The lecture covered three aspects: deeply understanding the significance of the thematic education; the expectations and requirements of the group company in the face of new situations and tasks; and displaying a new look and making new contributions to adapt to reform and transformation. It deeply elaborated on the rich theoretical connotations of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the significance of carrying out in-depth learning and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era throughout the Party. It systematically explained the specific requirements of the group company for reform and the three major contradictions currently facing the emergency industry company, enabling the majority of party members and cadres to have a deeper understanding of the significance and urgent need for reform. It also conducted a detailed analysis and popular science on the changes in the current JP market, and proposed solutions and approaches on how to quickly adapt to market changes: First, strengthen basic work and improve the preemptive ability of information collection; second, consolidate the professional construction of the bidding team; and third, strengthen the construction of the prototype test team.
In the lecture, Feng Gang emphasized that the 3523 Company has shown a new look and made new contributions in actively adapting to reform and transformation, and has achieved remarkable results in seizing market orders and technological breakthroughs. All party members and cadres should continue to maintain this momentum, and take the in-depth learning and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as an opportunity to firmly adhere to target tasks, fully implement key projects, correctly understand the opportunities and challenges faced, and with the rational mentality of a pragmatist, the mental state of a person who takes responsibility, and the fighting posture of a vanguard, strive to advance all work. First, cultivate "internal strength," strengthen the construction of scientific and technological teams, and establish a good "top-down and bottom-up linkage" mechanism to provide support for market development; second, strengthen quality awareness, firmly establish the concept that "product quality is the life of an enterprise, and there is no market without product quality"; and third, use the expansion of a certain type of helicopter transport vehicle as a carrier to enhance its own capabilities in new rules and new processes.
