From June 29th to 30th, Cui Wentian, deputy director of the Quality and Technology Center of the Emergency Industry Company, led a team to the Tieling base to conduct on-site quality and technology service inspections and supervision and research.
The quality and technology department of the Tieling base reported on the progress of quality management and technology management in the first half of the year. The supervision and research group, in conjunction with the key quality management work of the emergency industry company, conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with the heads of various business units of the Tieling base. The supervision and research group inspected the refrigerated trucks, cabins, and containerized field toilet product lines of the Tieling base, and inspected the quality control work of refrigerated trucks and RVs under production, providing on-site inspection and guidance to the base's production and quality technology systems based on the on-site situation.
In accordance with the implementation plan for the key quality management work of the emergency industry company in 2023, the supervision and research group checked the quality management work of the Tieling base item by item, put forward requirements for improvement on the problems found, and provided answers and guidance on the problems encountered by relevant departments during the implementation phase and daily operations. At the same time, the supervision and research group coordinated with the technology, technology, production, and inspection departments of the Tieling base to solicit opinions and suggestions from various departments on the work of the quality and technology center.
Next, the Tieling base will take this on-site service, inspection, supervision, and research of the quality and technology center as an opportunity to thoroughly implement the various requirements of the group company's "Year of Quality and Efficiency Improvement," further enhance the base's overall quality awareness, establish a market concept centered on quality, market-oriented, and profit-oriented, and comprehensively improve the base's quality management work.
